Mid week comfort
Saturday, April 26, 2008 2:15 PM

The mid week comfort was probably the meetup with Shenghao at my place. It was funny to see someone else, in a mirror image of yourself - in braces too. We ate, chat and laughed ourselves silly while watching a movie online. In the mid of the week - when stress accumulates and starts to burden, it's good to laugh yourself silly and remind yourself that you're alive.

To achieve my dream, sacrifices has to be made. I'm sorry friends, know that I haven't been meeting up regularly with a few close ones recently. I'll try my best to make time for you guys k? There's too much on hand and in my mind. The list of -to dos- are increasing as the week flies by. I hope you guys understand.

On a random note, remembered something abt yesterday abt blood donating. There's this blood donation drive in my sch and a few of us were quite interested to donate blood, and so we went ahead aft classes. Aft the usual screening, 2 of us were rejected because of low iron. (Hui ting and Yumi)

Nigel and I were ok with the test. Aft lying on the bed, the nurse came over & checked my veins & stuffs. Once again, I got rejected - veins were too small. And so, Nigel was the only one left. Funny. 4 of us went in but only 1 were accepted.

As a result, I decided not to donate blood anymore. (Rejected for 3 times in total)

Btw, Eric sms-ed me and told me he saw St Luke's Hospital donation boxes at quite a lot of places. I'm not involved, not a staff of SLH yet. Anyway, if you guys happen to see any, please donate generously okie dokie? Pls support SLH!
