Developmental Psychology was bad today; totally didn’t anticipate the kind of questions which came out. A comfort was, everyone was probably feeling the same as I did. And there’s hope to take the “sub-paper”, if there’s any. Some said that they did a count of the number of questions which they thought were correct; only confident of 10 correct ones, they said. I didn’t even bother to count; because I didn’t want to make myself too sad. But yeah, it’s over! =D

Had a number of talks today pertaining to the upcoming clinical attachment. I just make one so tiring; and sleepy; especially when the weather is rainy and chilly to the core. It just doesn’t help when the speakers have a hypnotizing voice. I met Yumi for breakfast in the early morning before my exam; just to make sure that we start the day off with a full breakfast as we had no breaks today till 4pm.

The unluckiest thing happened to me right there; when I was walking to sch under the sheltered walkway – a car was travelling at such a fast speed that the water on the dirty roads just splashed on us! But really, this kinda thing can only happen to me; I’m the dai-sai queen. (Kerin da-jie, the curse is not gone YET. Boo Hooo!!)

The happiest time of the day came when I got to know that the speakers arranged a tea break simple style “buffet” for us, there was bee hoon, kopi, fishballs, kueh, chicken wings! I was probably grinning from ear to ear; and I chiong-ed out to eat.. Being such a glutton, I finished the food faster than you can say “Cheese”. Anyway, got to grab a picture of Nigel (Er-jie) feasting on the delicious food.. It’s such an ugly picture!

After the talk, we went to do our manicure and pedicure at Nails Palace, courtesy of Doreen & Yumi. It was simply a great time of relaxation after a long day; and having someone serve you nevertheless makes me feel even more pampered like a princess. We spent a long 2 hours or so there; choosing designs; crapping and letting our nails dry. I really love my French manicure topped with glitter; but figured that I won’t be doing this again; as it’s hard to maintain.

Thanks jiemei-s, you all made my boring day into a fabulous one!
